Hillcrest is a replacement dwelling in Bourton on the Hill. The property is located within the conservation area and RL:A were approached to design a traditional dwelling that would sit comfortably next to the other properties within the village. The design uses local reclaimed stone laid in hydraulic lime mortar with ashlar stone quoins and window surrounds.
